At present, solar energy is a clean way to utilize all of the things that you will need to work properly while using electricity. Knowing that your traditional fossil fuels will not last forever, the world needed to come up with some other source to generate electricity and have enough power to do so. Since it is created from the Sun, we know that it comes from a very dependable source that we can count on every day to rise from the east until it sets in the west. Some scientist have predicated that we have well over 4.5 billion years left to see the sun in the sky; much longer than fossil fuels will last and it much cleaner and better for our earth. Of course, some days it may be covered my clouds causing solar to slow, but there are other sources that make up for that such as wind power systems, home wind turbines.

When you are using solar energy, you can be pretty sure that it is a clean and pure way to produce energy on a daily basis. It is a great way to protect the environment for the next generation by not adding any more unnecessary pollutant's.
It has been a slow but steady growth in the amount of people switching over to solar power. The growth every year for the last 20 years has been at an average of 20-25%, which is very good.
If you were not sure, using solar power has the capabilities of powering a complete households appliances, hot water and lighting.
Over the last 20 years, the cost of home solar power systems have decreased due to the fact that they are figuring out ways to create these panels at a more efficient cost so that more people can get them into their hands and start lowering costs and cleaning the air we breathe ever day.
By the year 2025 we solar energy will more than likely be creating over 2.5% percent of the world electricity, and then growing every year.
Currently because of it capabilities to put money back into a consumers hands, solar energy is one of the fastest growing technologies.

Solar energy is measured by using a kilowatt hour. So. 1 kilowatt would be equal to 100 watts.

With the growth of solar power, these numbers have since dropped and has given solar energy a great potential to become the number one source of clean energy in America.
Since 2000, solar power has grown to become a force of it own here in the USA, as it has shown to grow at an average of 40% every single year since. This could be the sing of new times as more and more Americans take advantage of the sun to produce electricity for their personal and professional needs. When it come down to it, we just need to look at all the solar energy facts and we can see that this is the way we need to be heading for the future of the planet and our pocket books.
